Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Nervorix. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Since our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A full or partial refund (depending on the issue)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Issues

Nervorix is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier service first. We will assist you wherever possible.
